- Have you requested a password?
- Remember: Your new password will be sent to your primary email address. If you have not registered (with ITC) the actual address that you use for email, you will not receive your password. Visit the UVa phonebook page to determine what email addresses you have registered. Please see the ITC page on Email Address Management if you need help.
Having Trouble Logging In?
- Are cookies enabled in your browser?
- Have you tried logging in from a lab computer?
- Have you reset your password?
- Have you tried copying and pasting your password from the email you received?
- Have you tried clearing your browser cache?
- Have you disabled the features in your browser that store login information?
- Have you emailed the TAs and accurately described the problem?
You should only email your professor if you've gone through all of these steps and you are still having trouble.
